Please be advised that you are not able to participate in ANY squadron activities or training without having the completed forms handed in to the office. When you come in for your next time you must bring the completed forms into the office or give to the Officer in charge of the event (such as marksmanship tonight. You must hand in completed forms before you can participate). If you no longer have the forms you must get them from the office and have yourself and your parent fill them out at that time.
