On Saturday June 14th 2014, the Pembroke and Area Airport will be holding an event by the Canadian Owners and Pilots Association (COPA). The COPA for Kids Aviation Program is a - FREE OF CHARGE - program that puts COPA member pilots, one on one with kids ages 8 - 17 to show them what aviation is all about and to give them an experience of what it is like to be in the cockpit of an aircraft in flight. This would be great for any cadet, their siblings and/or friends. You must register for this program. Last year they filled their openings quite quickly.
