40 Cadets from 638 Squadron will be going to a gliding/sports weekend October 14-16 in North Bay. These cadets will be participating in sports activities (including swimming) and will have an opportunity for flight in a glider should the weather permit. Priority for this weekend will be given to cadets wo have not been gliding before.It is important to note that we are limited in the number of cadets that can attend each gliding weekend. Our squadron goes gliding twice a year so every 638 cadet will have the opportunity to attend one of these two weekends. Our next gliding weekend is 4-6 May 2012. Cadets not able to attend this coming weekend will have priority for the next gliding weekend.
