Due to family day there will be no drill team practice Monday the 15th of February. Practice will resume the following Monday at 1930 for the without arms team and 2030 for the with arms team.

CAE Flight Simulator visit. The Visit will take place on 15 Feb 16 from 0900-1200 at 450 Tactical Helicopter Sqn.  Permission slips were to be handed in this evening. There will be no late entries.

Congratulations to the cadets who participated in the Wake-A-Thon and raised $2400.

Any one interested in a dry fit red squadron t-shirts can order one through Miss Vicki in the office. The cost is $20 and must be paid before the order goes in.

Best of luck to F/Sgt Cummings who is retiring from the squadron as of this evening. In her time here she earned several awards such as The Ireland Cup, Best Dressed Award, Junior NCO Award and the Senior NCO Award. She also participated in some of our summer camps including Basic Drill and Ceremonial as well as Drill and Ceremonial Instructor course.

Just a reminder that permission slips for the CAE visit need to be in by this Wednesday at 2100hrs.  Names can not be added .to the list after this time.

Congratulation to all of those that participated in Biathlon this past weekend, once again you brought home some pretty awesome bling!!

Wake-A-Thon is this Saturday, cadets are to arrive at the Armoury @ 1900hrs and be picked up Sunday morning at 0800hrs. Cadets must have already handed in their pledge forms and money or must bring it with them on Saturday in order to participate. Bring a filled water bottle.

As of this morning, with the forecast calling for +7 and rain by this afternoon, our sports night (now inside) and mock interviews are going ahead as scheduled for tonight.  Of course parent/guardian(s) and cadets are to use their judgement when deciding whether or not to venture out on the roads.  If you decide not to head out on the roads or are worried about what the road conditions will be at 2115hrs then simply call the office (613-732-4470 ext. 227) to report your absence.  Safety first!

Cadets participating in the mock interviews have been given details with regards to tonight's schedule.  All other cadets are to come prepared to participate in sports (i.e. red Squadron tshirt, PT gear, filled water bottle, etc...).  If you require a red Squadron tshirt they can be purchased from the Squadron's kitshop for $15.00.  All cadets must purchase a Squadron tshirt.

Hello all. Due to the weather that we have been having and that has been forecast, the snow shoeing for tomorrow night is cancelled.

Instead we will be having a regular sports night at the Armoury. Please wear appropriate attire i.e. Red Squadron shirt, PT shorts, and running shoes.
