Wednesday March 25/15
1. Drill Team will be holding a practice this Saturday from 1000 - 1500 hrs. The rifle team willl have it's practice from 1000 - 1200 hrs and all drill team members will participate from 1200 - 1500 hrs. Bring a water bottle, drill boots and wedge. You may also bring snacks and lunch or money for lunch from Pizza Pizza.
2. The following members will be shooting this week to practice for the DCRA Postal Shoot : Olivia CroftShae Wagner and Victoria White.
3. Next week is sports night. Wear your sports gear for Taekwondo.
4. In upcoming events, we will be gliding in North Bay the weekend of April 24-26.

638 Squadron is seeking volunteers to assist the Squadron in the following areas:
-Public Relations: this volunteer would submit photos and articles to various local newspapers to help recognize cadet and Squadron accomplishments
-Scrapbooking: this volunteer would present various photos, newspaper clippings, etc... in a logical and visual apealing manner in the Squadron's scrapbook for display (all needed supplies supplied)

A reminder that this Wednesday, March 25, 2015 during third period we will be holding our monthly Commanding Officer's Parade. Parents, family, and friends are invited to attend. The parade will start at approximately 2040hrs. Dress for the evening is dress shirt, tie, tunic, etc...

Wednesday March 11/15
1. All cadet activities are cancelled next week due to March break.
2. Marksmanship for this week is for the 10 cadets that have been approved by Lt(N) Forde.
3. Merit reviews are being held this Saturday March 14/15. Timings for each cadet concerned will be posted as soon as possible here on Facebook.
4. Congratulations to this weeks white belt winners: Shae-Leigh Wagner, Olivia Croft and Mckenna Boland.

Wednesday February 4/15
1. Marksmanship takes place on Thursday nights at the Armoury. Timings are from 1800hrs to 2100hrs. The same six shooters who attended last week are the ones for this week.
2. The Army Cadet/Air Cadet Brass and Reed band meeting has been cancelled for this week. It will continue the following week.
3. Outstanding lottery ticket books are due back A.S.A.P. If you still have not purchased yours please do so next week.
4.Drill team practices are being held at the Armoury on Monday nights from 1830 - 2030 hrs. Drill team is open to all cadets.
5. All cadets who have applied for a National Course or Exchange are expected to attend preparatory classes each Wednesday from 1800-1830hrs in the Ante Room at the Armoury in order to help prepare for the upcoming selection interviews. Mock interviews will take place on February 11, 2015 and the actual interviews will take place on February 14, 2015 in North Bay.
6. Candy grams for Valentines will be s handed out Feb 11/15.
7. Permission slips will be going out next Wednesday for a ski trip that will take place on Sunday February 22/15.
8. The winter bush ex is scheduled for the weekend of March 6-8 2015
