Update to Year End Trip Timings

There has been a slight change in the timings for the year end trip.

Schedule:

28 Jun 13, 0700 hrs (7:00am) Cadets re to be dropped off at the Pembroke Armoury (this timing is unchanged)

29 Jun 13  1330 hrs (1:30pm) Cadets are to be picked up at the Pembroke Armoury (this timing has advanced 4 hours)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Cadets MUST have the following items:

• Provincial Health Card

 WHAT TO BRING FOR THE RIVER

• Shorts or bathing suit, polyester or synthetic clothing. Cotton is not advisable.
•  Low cut sneakers (close toed shoes) with laces are mandatory. (sandals and flip flops will not be allowed on the river and water shoes are not ideal)
• Change of footwear for after your trip
•  Eye/sunglasses should be fastened
• Sunscreen
• Medication and allergy kits (where applicable

Dinner to be served at 1900 (7:00 pm) 

Awards presentations to follow

Dress for cadets is C7 (summer dress) and military guests is 3B

Dress for civilian guests is business casual

Menu:  cold cuts, buns, cheese, pickles, vegetables with dip, dessert, coffee, tea, pop

Price for guests:  $7.50

Cadets (in uniform) are complimentary
